Wayne B. Glazier, MD, FACS

Dr. Glazier received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. He served his surgical internship and residency at Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts and served a surgical research fellowship and urological residency at Yale University School of Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He has a teaching appointment at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in the Department of Surgery and the Department of Family Practice in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Dr. Glazier was certified by the American Board of Urology in 1982, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He has numerous publications and presentations to his credit. He maintains memberships in many national and local professional organizations, including the American Medical Association and the American Urological Association. He is on the Board of Trustees for Central Massachusetts Health Care and is the President of the Central Massachusetts Independent Physician Association, LLC.

Bhalchandra Parulkar, MD, Mch

Dr. Parulkar was certified by the American Board of Urology in 2000.

He has numerous publications and presentations to his credit. He maintains memberships in many national and regional professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Massachusetts Medical Society and Massachusetts Association of Practicing Urologists. Until recently, he was the Chief of Surgery at Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford, MA.

Dr. Parulkar has privileges at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, St. Vincent Hospital, Marlboro Hospital and Milford Regional Medical Center.

He has special interest in the field of advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery, diseases of the prostate and kidney, urinary incontinence, male infertility and sexual dysfunction, urological stone diseases and minimally invasive office procedures such as vasectomy and vasectomy reversals.

Linda Dodge, RNC, MSN, APRN, BC

Linda Dodge, RNC, MSN, APRN, BC, received her Nursing Diploma from Hahnemann Hospital in Worcester. She recieved her BSN from Worcester State College and her MSN. from the University of Connecticut. Her Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate was received from Simmons College in Boston. She has over thirty years of nursing experience as a registered nurse and has also taught nursing courses at Worcester State College. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Linda is board certified as an Adult Nurse Pracitioner and Acute Care Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
